Learning Event with Dr. Carmen Imes

Do you ignore reading the Old Testament or perhaps read it a little less because you struggle to understand and apply it?

You're not alone. Many people either read the Old Testament like they read a novel, skip the hard parts, or worse, give up because they don't feel they can make the connection to our modern world.

Our guest, Carmen Imes, is an author and professor of Old Testament. Her passion for the Old Testament will help the scriptures come alive while giving us tools to read and apply it better.

This special LEARNING EVENT will also help you understand the radical vision of what it means for humans to be made in the image of God through the creation account in Genesis.

Thursday, May 23 @ 7PM
(expect about 45 minutes of teaching followed by an extended Q&A)

Our hope is that you leave inspired by biblical truth and equipped to read and apply the scripture with better tools and insight.
