We’re spreading goodness this season - an overflow of good news - through our annual Christmas Collection.

RICOCHET COLLECTION

We’ve been proudly partnered with Ricochet for several years through a portion of our mission fund. The shelter provides temporary housing and care for roughly 80 residents who rely on community support. They are always in need of clothing and hygiene items, and as we do every year, we’re asking for your help to give back to help them prepare for winter.

• Men’s hoodies

• Gloves
• Jogging Pants
• Winter Jackets
• Underwear (new)

Our KidsQuest crew will be putting together care packages for Ricochet residents. To make it simple, we’ve assigned specific items for each group to bring per child:

• Preschool: Lip balm (5 packs each)

• Kindergarten-Grade 3: Shampoo (2 or more bottles each) + tissue packs 

• Grade 4: Soap (5 or more bars each)

• Grade 5 & 6: Disposable razor packs (3 packs each) 

These items can be brought directly to the room your child’s age/grade uses during KidsQuest — there will be a collection bin in each room. Our goal is to make at least 80 care packages, so let’s generously bless those in need of encouragement and support this Christmas season!

FOOD BANK DONATIONS - LA MAISON ENTRE FAMILLE

This year, we are also supporting La Maison Entre Famille by collecting non-perishable food items to help 150 local families in need.

Suggested donations include:

• Peanut butter (or other nut butters)
• Oil and flour

• Pasta, rice, and soups

• and any other non-perishable food items

All food donations can be placed in the collection bin in the front lobby by December 14. They are also looking for donations of turkeys or whole chickens for the families they support. If you’d like to donate, please drop them off directly at La Maison Entre Famille, located at 15739 Rue de la Caserne, Sainte-Geneviève, QC H9H 1G3, on Thursday and Friday between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.
